Summary
We are seeking a Second Officer to join our team on a 55m motor yacht, currently based in Thailand, with an immediate start in the coming days. The vessel operates under full ISM and runs a private, family-oriented program with owners who actively enjoy using the yacht.
The successful candidate will be newly qualified OOW 3000 and ideally have prior bridge experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting safety checks in accordance with the vessel’s SMS.
- Maintenance and planning related to ECDIS.
- Assisting the Captain and Chief Officer with navigation.
- Alternating duties between bridge and deck operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- High level of professionalism and strong teamwork skills.
- Proven longevity on previous vessels.
- Comfortable driving tenders between 5–8 meters.
- All certificates valid and up to date.
Vessel & Package:
- 55m private motor yacht.
