Longevity in previous roles and proven leadership by example required
Flexible and can do attitude, plans can be hectic and the captain needs to be willing to accommodate requests with energy and smart solutions
Proven admin, budgetting & reporting skills, good knowledge of yacht management software,
7 crew onboard

Contract: Rotational (10 Weeks On : 10 Weeks Off)
Experience: 10 Years +
Salary: DOE
Qualifications: Master 500GT or Higher
Itinerary: 2025 Caribbean
