Summary
We are looking for a skilled Lead Deckhand to join our team on a 123m motor yacht in Germany, offering a permanent position with a 3/1 rotation schedule.
In this role, you will report directly to the Bosun and manage daily operations within the Deck Department, focusing on maintenance tasks and assisting with refit projects. Post refit you will lead a team of 4-5 deckhands, overseeing the launching and recovering of tenders, as well as guest driving responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of relevant yachting experience, strong deck management + tender driving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
A proactive attitude and professional presentation are crucial for success in this position.
