We have an exciting new opening for a high achieving and motivated second officer to come and join our team.
Important to note that we are seriously for sale, please do not apply if you have concerns working on a yacht for sale. We are fully opearational.
Position: Rotational Second Officer - 2 months on/ 2 months off.
Qualifications: OOW 3000GT as a minimum / SSO
We are seeking an experienced and driven Second Officer to join our professional deck team, someone who is well presented, polite and respectful.
The succesful candidate will be highly motivated, positive, and able to hit the ground running. You will take ownership of multiple responsibilities and contribute proactively to the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Ship Security Officer
• Alternate Safety Officer
• Navigational Officer
• Training Officer
Bridge & Equipment:
• Raytheon Synapsis ECDIS
• Paperless bridge
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as Second Officer on vessels of similar size
• Strong knowledge of ISM and ISPS
• Confident and proactive approach to safety management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team training and development
• Forward thinking mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and maintain high standards
This position is open to both male and female applicants who meet the required experience and qualifications.
Package:
• Time for time rotation 2 months on - 2 months off
• Single cabin
• 5,000 Euros Per Month
