Rotational Chief Stewardess Private 100m+ MY (HD - 4643)
• Start: 16th February 2026
• Location: Middle East- Europe
• Package: Salary in Euro - 176 days of leave
Experience and attributes required:
• Minimum of 8 years’ yachting experience with minimum of2 years’ as Chief Stewardess on3,000GT+ yacht.
• Experience in leading a large (minimum 12 Crew) multi-cultural team.
• Must have good refit experience, including planning, budgeting, and executing refit works in the Interior.
• Synchronised service experience, including being comfortable teaching Crew about this.
• Used to handling multi-layered communication, Guest-on, including Principal, Principal Colleagues/ entourage, Owner's Representatives, as well as Captains, HODs and her own team.
• Experience in competent inventory implementation and monitoring.
• Able to quickly adapt to change.
• Calm in nature, but firm when required.
• Consistent in approach to dealing with Crew falling outside of boundaries and expectations.
• Able to motivate themselves and others in an isolated environment.
• Sets an example to others with her lifestyle.
• Professionally presentable.
