Mate Position

Seasonal position starting in February until October
The vessel is currently in the shipyard, with launch planned for March/April
Based in Liguria, operating primarily in the South of France
This position is suited to someone confident running deck maintenance independently, taking ownership of all exterior areas to a high standard
The role is approximately 80% deck maintenance and 20% administrative and compliance duties
Full responsibility for deck maintenance (wash-downs, polishing, varnish, painting, general upkeep)
Planning and executing maintenance schedules independently
Line handling, mooring, and anchoring operations
Assisting during shipyard period
Maintaining deck equipment and safety gear
Supporting Mini ISM/SMS documentation, logbooks, and maintenance records
This role is ideal for a Yachtmaster Offshore (CE) holder who is actively progressing through OOW modules, seeking responsibility within a professional, well-run program
Contract: Seasonal (February to October)
