Experience / attributes required:
• 1 year’s minimum experience cooking for charter guests on a similar sized vessel
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the galley
• Able to work efficiently at a fast pace
• Good team player
• Able to cook a large range of cuisines with impressive food presentation
• Excellent personal appearance and presentation
Qualifications required:
• STCW (Fully up-dated) Incl PDSD
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate (valid minimum 6 months)
• B1B2 in hand
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
