Worthy Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Captain to join a beautiful, newer 34m private/charter yacht with an excellent charter reputation. This is a well-established program with a busy Mediterranean charter season ahead, high operational standards, and professional ownership.

Candidate Profile:
Proven command experience on 30m+ private/charter yachts
Mediterranean charter experience is a must
Strong guest-focused charter background
Confident leader with excellent crew management skills
Organized, safety-driven, and detail-oriented
Calm, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced charter environment
Certification Requirements:
Master 500 GT (valid CoC required)
Valid STCW and ENG1
All certifications current and compliant for Mediterranean charter operations
Lifestyle Policy (Non-Negotiable):
True non-smoker and non-vaper only
Zero tolerance policy onboard and off-duty
