The project
We are looking for a Sole Chef ready to start as soon as possible for a permanent contract.
Desired profile
- Candidates also MUST have a valid STCW basic training, valid medical certificate and Food Safety Level 3 and also Ship Cook Certificate
- We are looking for someone who has at least a few seasons of experience in the yachting industry on a charter boat, who is keen on Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free/KETO, etc diets
- Experience in Michelin/Gastronomique establishments is essential
- We are looking for someone creative and someone who also would like to please the crew, not just the guests.
- We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is a smiling person in general.
