Chief Officer – Rotational Position | 70m+ Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Officer to join a 70m+ world-cruising private motor yacht with an off-the-beaten-track itinerary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, active program and enjoys leading a tight-knit, professional deck team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of yachting experience
- At least 2 years as Chief Officer
- Chief Mate 3000GT CoC (minimum requirement)
- Strong leadership, management, and navigational skills
- Proven experience running deck operations to a high standard
- Confident in bridge management, passage planning, and ISM/ISPS duties
- Must be a real outdoors and watersports enthusiast – keen interest in fishing, diving, and surfing is a major plus
- Positive, energetic attitude with a collaborative approach to leading the deck department
