Summary

• 100m+ Private dual season motor yacht are seeking an experienced 2^nd officer to join them early March 2026

• Well run yacht which Quay Crew has worked with for a good few years and with an excellent senior team and great opportunities to progress within!

• They are looking to an OOW unlimited (CM unlimited would be a bonus) with solid deck experience, ideally 1+ years’ experience as an officer and confident with all aspects of navigation as this will play a large part of your role

• They will consider both someone coming through the advanced seafarer’s route or commercial but with a minimum of 2 years deck/yacht experience

• This is a full autonomous role, and you will be required to manage your own workload between the bridge and deck. The yacht operates busy guest ops with lots of tender movements so strong organisational and logistical skills will be required

• Fantastic longstanding deck team, solid bosuns and a well-oiled deck operation

• The owner uses the yacht a fair amount and they often have a lot of movement of guests coming to and from the yacht. Lots of watersports and launching and recovery of tenders

• Med/Caribbean cruising

• Fantastic package of offer including a salary range of 5500-6500 Euros, 2:2 rotation, they also have a bonus system on board which is incredibly lucrative for the crew – full details to be explained and discussed during initial calls with consultant

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Reg II/1 CoC Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
