About the yacht

It's a 37m charter motor yacht with a red flag currently in a South of France shipyard. 

The project

The boat is looking for a Chief Engineer to start as soon as possible for a permanent position. 

This winter the boat will stay at the shipyard for the 20 years survey. 

Desired profile 

• The candidate must have a valid STCW with a valid medical certificate and a 3000kW Certificate of Competency III/3 chief engineer certificate.  
• Proven experience as Chief Engineer on similar positions.
• Previous experience in the yachting industry is needed, shipyard experience is a strong plus. 
• English spoken is mandatory. 

Salary : 8500 euros /month.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
