Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deckhand to join our team on an 80-meter motor yacht currently based in Turkey. In this permanent position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the vessel's high standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and crew. Responsibilities include assisting with deck operations, cleaning, and upkeep of exterior areas, managing mooring lines, and supporting the crew during navigation and anchoring. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should possess excellent communication skills and be prepared for a rotation schedule of 4:1, as the yacht embarks on a worldwide cruising itinerary. A valid STCW certification and a valid medical certificate are required.
