Summary
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and open-minded Lead Stewardess to join a private 45m M/Y based in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will take pride in service and interior upkeep, maintain high crew morale, especially during periods between boss trips, and contribute positively to life on board.
You will join a multicultural team consisting of both Western and Indonesian crew members, so strong communication skills and a respectful, team-focused attitude are essential.
Salary: $4,250 p/m
Leave: 42 days annual leave (30-day probation period / 7-day notice period)
Start Date: 5th January

Qualification Required:
