Captain & Chef Couple | 27m Private S/Y | Tahiti – World Travelling
We are seeking an adventurous couple who are passionate about sailing, and who are experienced in sailing long passages. They have plans to travel the world over the next 3 years.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right couple, the itinerary will be the Pacific for the near future, visiting the lesser visited islands and atolls and will involve scientific research and diving aspect.
1-4 guests will be onboard at different times throughout the program.

POSITION: Captain & Chef Couple
LOCATION: Tahiti
START DATE: 14 January, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS: Yachtmaster, STCW & Seafarers medical.
ITINERARY: French Polynesia, Pacific, USA & Europe
SALARY: USD$14,000 (Captain) + USD$8,000 (Chef) – Salary Guide (DOE)
CONTRACT: Fulltime - Liveaboard
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience on a similar size vessel
- Captain to have Engineering skills
- Ability and passion to care and manage a modern classic sailing yacht
- Strong sailing skills are essential as the program will involve extended passages and remote operation. The successful candidates must be comfortable spending extended periods in remote locations. RYA Yachtmaster Ocean or above is needed for the captain position.
- Positive attitude and good team players. Energetic with high standards.
- Valid passport. Non smokers. No criminal history & excellent references to support your previous experience.
