Winch Yacht Recruitment are currently looking for a strong 2nd Officer to join this 100m private vessel at the beginning of Jan 2026. The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 4 years yachting experience behind them already, and be able to show longevity of more than 1 year on similar sized vessels. You will be solid with all the usual expected bridge procedures, and have an expanded mind when it comes to organising the safety drills and inspections onboard. Leadership skills are a must, and the ability to teach others below you in rank with a cool calm manner is required. Tender driving must be of the highest level in any type of tender/limo/chase boat, as you will be involved in many tender trips with the Bosun when the guests are onboard. The current crew onboard are an active bunch, so someone who likes to keep in shape and keep moving when guests are not onboard would be preferred. However, this is not necessarily needed to land the position. This is not a couples position so please do not apply if you are also looking for couples roles as this will be checked.
