Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie/3rd Chef to join our team on an 86m vessel cruising the Caribbean for three months. In this temporary role, you will support the head chef and sous chef in all aspects of galley operations, including food preparation and service for both guests and crew. Responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, assisting with meal preparations, and ensuring adherence to culinary standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
