120ft Motor Yacht – Second Stewardess Position - immediate start
A 120ft private/charter motor yacht is seeking a highly motivated, proactive Second Stewardess who can hit the ground running and confidently support a busy dual-season program.
Program Overview:
- Dual program: Private in the summer and charter in the winter
- Itinerary: Florida & Bahamas in winter, New England (up to Maine) in summer
- Yard periods: Fort Lauderdale
- Crew: 7 full-time crew onboard (Chief Stewardess + Second Stewardess on the interior)
Current Status:
The yacht is nearing the end of a yard period and requires a full deep clean, reset, and organization ahead of owner use in mid-December. A Christmas charter in the Bahamas is also scheduled, so the successful candidate must be confident in preparing the interior efficiently, maintaining high standards, and adapting quickly within a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Able to hit the ground running and integrate quickly into a busy interior
- Proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to anticipate needs
- Happy and comfortable working on a very busy yacht with both private and charter guests
- A hard worker with excellent attention to detail
- Discrete and trustworthy, capable of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Confident in core interior duties: housekeeping, laundry, and service
- Able to assist on deck when required, particularly during busy turnarounds, docking, or water-sports operations
Requirements:
- Prior Second Stewardess experience on similar-sized vessels
- Strong HK, laundry, and service skills
- All certificates, visas, and passport valid and up to date
- Start date: Immediate in Fort Lauderdale
