We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess with a strong charter background, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
The yacht is heavily chartered with short turnarounds, but a reliable team of dayworkers is always available to assist with preparations between charters.
This is a well-established, repeat charter program with long-standing crew who know the vessel and program well. The yacht runs with four full-time crew.
The owners are fantastic, supportive, and former charter clients, with a great understanding of charter operations and crew life.
The ideal candidate will be confident across all interior duties, including excellent guest interaction, cocktail service, table styling and décor, and maintaining high standards throughout the interior. A positive, energetic, and engaging attitude towards guests is essential.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys delivering a high-level charter experience while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
Salary: USD 5,500–6,000 to start, DOE + tips
