Private 105m+ new build explorer is seeking senior deckhand candidates for roles commencing between 4th January - 1st March 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a positive, professional and hard working deck team on a prestigious new build explorer.
All candidates must have:
- Valid STCW
- ENG1
- Positive attitude, strong leadership and communication skills
- Be willing to undergo background checks
- Strong tender driving and deck maintenance abilities
- Minimum 2 years experience on 100m+ yachts
Idea candidate will possess:
- RYA Yachtmaster
- RYA Powerboat Level II
- Watersports and diving skills
- MCA Nav Watch Rating
- Minimum 3 years experience with at least 6 months in a lead/senior deckhand position
- Schengen + B1/B2 visa
- Candidates with extensive sailing experience
Package;
- 3500-3750 Euro (depending on experience)
- 3:1 rotation
- Discretionary 13th month bonus
- Performance related annual pay increase
