Stewardess/Deckhand – 80ft Sailing Catamaran
Döhle Yacht Crew are seeking a Stewardess/Deckhand to join an 80ft private sailing catamaran operating on a dual-season itinerary. This is a hands-on role where flexibility and teamwork are essential, as all crew members are expected to assist across departments.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in high-level service and have strong communication skills, with a willingness to help on deck when required. While prior sailing experience is preferred, enthusiasm to learn and assist with lines and fenders is equally valued. Atlantic crossing experience is also desirable.
Onboard culture is key: the successful candidate will be easygoing, a team player, drama-free, and enjoy outdoor activities.
B1/B2 visa is required
Start Date: December 15th
Salary: €3,500 per month
