Requirements
Must speak Russian
Must hold a B1/B2 visa, Green Card, or be a U.S. citizen
Solid deckhand skills:
Washing, detailing, and polishing
Line handling and fender work
Tender handling (training provided if needed)
Keeping deck lockers clean, organized, and inventory-ready
General exterior upkeep and maintenance
