Temp 2nd Officer – 53m M/Y
We are seeking a qualified OOW 3000 GT to join a 53m private motor yacht on a temporary contract, with strong potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. This is a family-oriented program with wonderful owners who actively use the vessel throughout the year. The yacht operates dual seasons, spending summers in New England and winters between Florida and the Caribbean.

Requirements
- MUST hold OOW 3000 GT
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Proven longevity on vessels of similar size
- Open to newly qualified OOWs with strong deck experience — you will frequently lead the deck team
- B1/B2, Green Card, or US citizenship
Package
- Salary DOE
- 13th-month bonus
- 90 days of leave per year on offer
