We are seeking an eager, hardworking, and motivated Junior Deckhand to join our professional team aboard an 82m private vessel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a tight-knit crew and develop skills
About the Role
The yacht is currently in the midst of a full exterior paint job, giving you hands-on experience in yard-period operations and maintenance. Once the project is complete, we’ll embark on an exciting cruising itinerary, including:
- The Bahamas
- East Coast of the United States
- Additional destinations as planned by the program
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Positive, respectful, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a yard period environment - training provided to learn new skills
Requirements
- Valid B1/B2
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- PBL2 preferred but not essential
- Tender driving experience an advantage
- No visible tattoos preferred (owner’s request)
- Non-smoker
