We are seeking an experienced Chief Officer with a Commercially Endorsed Yachtmaster to join a 43m foreign-flagged private/charter motor yacht. The vessel is currently located on the U.S. West Coast and will be entering a yard period in the near future.

- Strong deck leadership and organizational abilities
- Previous experience on vessels 40m+ in a Chief Officer or strong Second stepping up
- Confident with yard periods, planned maintenance, safety management, and operational readiness
- Positive, professional attitude with a proactive approach
