ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEW 100M+ MY
We are seeking a Chief Stew to join a large 100m+ private vessel with a world cruising itinerary. This role is ideal for candidates with Chief Stew/HOS/HOH experience on 80m+ vessels.
The role:
• Start dates: January 2026 or March 2026
• Join in the Caribbean
• Rotate across service, housekeeping, and administrative duties
• Work within a mature interior team where leadership tasks are shared
• Uphold consistently high standards across all aspects of the interior
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, organised, and professional crew culture
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years’ interior experience on 80m+ yachts
• Strong Senior Stew or Chief Stew background
• Well-rounded skillset across service, housekeeping, and admin
• Calm, confident, proactive, and capable of integrating into an established team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
