Summary

Yacht: Private 100m+

Itinerary: Further details will be provided at the interview stage – this is a quieter vessel with a good work/life balance

Qualifications needed: STCW, ENG1, PDSD

Experience required: Previous yacht experience preferred, but will consider candidates that are new to the industry that have all necessary qualifications and good land-based references from previous employment.

 About the role: This is a hands-on role for a motivated individual that is looking to join a well-managed vessel. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join an established and organised deck team. As a deckhand you will take direction from the Bosun and Lead Deckhands. You will have the opportunity to learn and refine your skills on the job. There is a multi-national, dynamic crew onboard with good relations across all departments. Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Salary: DOE

Leave: 12 weeks on/6 weeks off

Start Date: 2nd January 2026 – but flexible to start before or after this date for the right candidate.
