Summary
We are seeking a Chief Officer/1st Mate for a 50m motor yacht built by BENNETTI, currently based in Italy. In this permanent role, you will report directly to the Captain and oversee the vessel's operations, ensuring safety and compliance with maritime regulations. Responsibilities include managing the deck crew, maintaining the yacht’s equipment, and assisting with navigation and watchkeeping. You will also play a key role in the organization and execution of both charter and private itineraries throughout the Mediterranean Sea. The ideal candidate will possess relevant maritime certifications, significant experience in a similar role, and strong leadership skills to effectively manage a crew of 10. A commitment to high standards of service and safety is essential. This position offers a competitive monthly wage of €5,500, with a start date of December 10, 2025, at our homeport in Italy.
