Summary

Deckhand – 75m Explorer.

Not your standard white boat yachting job.

We’re looking for a deckhand with grit, drive, and personality to join a 75m world-travelling explorer yacht. No Mediterranean beach club weekends, no predictable 1700 finishes, this is remote cruising, remote & polar waters, and real seamanship.

Personality beats experience.

We can train skills, but we can’t teach attitude. If you’re fit, humble, hardworking, and mesh well with a tight, active crew, you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll get:

  • Off the beaten path global itinerary
  • Ice/polar region experience
  • Serious hands-on learning
  • 90 days leave & Competitive salary
  • Active, supportive crew culture

What you need:

  • 1–2 years’ experience (flexible for the right attitude)
  • High fitness level, interest in running/cycling a bonus
  • Positive, team-focused mindset
  • Ocean passion (sailing/fishing/diving)
  • STCW/ENG1, Yacht Master a bonus, PB2
  • Visa-Free Exemption Shengan - required status for global travel
  • B1/B2 visa (we can assist the right candidate)

Start: ASAP - 4 weeks

If you’ve got the attitude and resilience to handle a true expedition program, we would like to hear from you.
