Summary
NAU YACHTS is hiring a permanent in-house Shore-Based Yacht Manager to overseen company fleet within (25–55m).
This is a long-term shore-based role focused on the full operational, financial, and technical management of several vessels.
Main Responsibilities:
• Full annual budget oversight and cost control
• Verification of all invoices, supplier negotiations
• Coordination with captain and crew
• Technical scheduling, maintenance planning, shipyard periods
• Compliance, documentation, flag/class requirements
• Weekly reporting to the owner/representative
• Ensuring efficient, cost-effective yacht operations at all times
Key Qualifications
• Experience in yacht management, operations, technical roles, or purser/admin roles on 40–60m yachts
• Strong financial and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with captains, crew, contractors, and shipyards
• Fluent English; Italian & Russian languages an advantage
• Long-term, stable mindset
Salary: DOE (competitive shore-based package)
