Summary
A 41m New Build Motor Yacht, recently launched and completed a Med season is now going into their first charter season in the Carribean and are looking for a 2nd Officer / Chase Boat Captain. Therefore must have OOW and extensive tender driving experience. Tender is currently a 44ft Midnight Express and a 53ft Wajer in the near future. You will be living on the tender.
You will be fully responsible for the chase boat however that is not your entire role entirely, you will also be required to assist on in the bridge. Great program to grow and learn in as the captain and chief officer are big on training. This is a dynamic, fast paced, well run environment with a lot of potential for charter tips with the first charter already confirmed.
When the chief officer is on leave you will be stepping up into his role therefore strong navigational, operational and crew management skills are required as this is a fast paced program.
Total crew of 11. Deck crew consisting of 5, being the Chief Officer, 2nd Officer/Chase boat captain, Bosun and 2x Deckhands. This is a super cool, fit and fun crew who are un-egotistical and are all into their fitness, music, sport and health. The owner is big on fitness too. The sets of additional skillsets currently onboard are DJing, Videography, Photography, Diving, Fishing, Personal Training, Golf Trainer amongst others. We are looking for a passionate hard working individual that can have fun too, ideally with some additional skillset that could add to a charter program and get along with similar interests to those onboard.
This is a MLC commercially compliant yacht engaged in trade running a mini ISM.
