Summary
We are seeking a dedicated deckhand to join our team on a 60m motor yacht operating in the Caribbean Sea. This temporary with possibility for permanent position involves assisting in the daily operations of the vessel, maintaining cleanliness and organization on deck, and supporting the crew in various tasks related to navigation, safety, and guest services. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and possess a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism while ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht.
Boat will be private this season with no charters currently lined up.
Season will end on the 1st of March 2026 and boat will come back up to WPB for an intermediate survey and yard period.
Tender driving experience is ideal
