Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced culinary trained Chef to join this 40m+ Private MY. Previous experience on similar sized vessels is a requirement.
The right candidate should be able to manage the galley autonomously, have great eye for details and be able to deliver high-quality cuisine. Owners have some preferences (healthy cuisine - no pork and fast food) and some dietary requirements ( lactose free, gluten free and nut allergy but can differ depending on the request). They also enjoy Asian and Italian cuisines. A creative mindset, hands-on, and flexible profile is what the Owner is looking for. Good longevity and proven reference are required.
Salary: EUR 7000/month
Package: 8:8 rotation. Flexible in the beginning to have shorter rotation to learn Owner's preferences
