Location: Rybovich, West Palm Beach, FL | Seasonal cruising in New England (Summer) & Caribbean/Bahamas (Winter)
Start: Immediate | December 4th preferred

We’re seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Deckhand to join our crew on a trial dayworker basis at Rybovich, West Palm Beach, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a skilled crew preparing a private/charter motor yacht for an exciting upcoming season—Caribbean winter followed by East Coast cruising.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Deckhand on similar-sized vessels
- Solid knowledge of deck operations and vessel care
- Professional, positive attitude and ability to take direction confidently
- Tender driving skills a plus (38ft Chase Boat & jet tender)
- Drone operation and basic video editing experience is a bonus
