We are seeking an energetic, organised, and hands-on Chief Steward(ess) with proven leadership skills and a strong track record of longevity. The ideal candidate will lead by example, demonstrate resilience under pressure, and maintain a positive, professional attitude while fostering a supportive team environment. A good sense of humor, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills are also key.

- Seaman’s Book
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role on yachts 80m+
Start date: End of December
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR DOE
Leave: 2:2 rotation
