Position Snapshot
· $100,000-$120,000 AUD / year DOE, PR
· 4 Day working week (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Frid)
· 9am-5pm workday
A HNW family is on the search for a house manager for their beautiful Melbourne property in Toorak.
The House Manager will oversee the full functioning of the residence and must be confident to organise trades and contractors.
The residence has a series of support staff coming / going from cleaners three times / week, gardeners, pool cleaners, vehicles servicemen & trades.
Tasks will also include shopping, receiving deliveries, maintenance schedules of appliances, pets, occasional food prep
The House Manager will still be required to do some basic housekeeping and laundry but all deep cleans/ detailing performed by the regular cleaners
The residence is comprised of 2 X adults with occasional family guests
The Ideal Candidate
· Experience in residences or superyachts
· Highly organised
· High level of personal service
· Good management skills
· Can manage trades well
· Versatile allrounder
· Working Rights in Australia
· Own accommodation in Melbourne
· Driver’s License
Start: End of January / Start of February 2026
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 AUD / year DOE, PR
Working Week: 4 Day working week (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Frid)
