Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef for a 60m sailing yacht currently based in Antigua with charters and trips booked through the Leeward islands though out the rest of the Caribbean season.
In this permanent position, you will be responsible for preparing meals for 11 crew members and 2 chase boat crew, as well as catering to a maximum of 12 guests during charters and owner use.
Your key responsibilities will include menu planning, provisioning, and maintaining the galley to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
The ideal candidate will have professional culinary training or hold a ship's cook certificate. You should possess strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. This role requires a team player who can adapt to the needs of both crew and guests while delivering high-quality dining experiences.
