Summary
Looking for strong Deckhand to join our program.
Ideally looking for someone that has been an established Deckhand on a 55m or above. With some decent longevity.
The package is as follows:
- Dual Season: Mainly med / Caribbean. Small refit period in the Med for this winter, with a possible 2nd refit period end of 2026.
- Charter
- Lots of toys and inflatables, so very physical
- Deck Team of 7 (x3 Deckhands, x2 OOW’s, x1 Chase Boat Captain, x1 C/O)
- American Owners
- 3:1 Rotation
- 3800 USD P/M
- Annual pay rises depending on performance
- Boat specific training paid in Full (50% after 6 months and 100% after 12 months)
Discretionary Bonus Scheme:
100% of monthly salary after 12 months service
200% of monthly salary after 24 months service
250% of monthly salary after 36 months service
300% of monthly salary after 48 months service
350% of monthly salary after 60 months service
400% of monthly salary after 72 months service (capped)
