A busy 60m charter yacht is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Deckhand / Dive Instructor to join the team ahead of an Atlantic crossing and aCaribbean charter season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the deck team with all daily duties: washdowns, mooring operations, line handling, tender driving, and watersports.
- Lead and oversee guest dive activities, ensuring safe, enjoyable underwater experiences for all certified guests.
- Maintain and manage all onboard dive equipment, logs, and safety procedures.
- Support the Bosun and deck team with maintenance, detailing, and general upkeep.
- Uphold a positive, professional attitude
Requirements:
- Ideally 1 year’s experience as a deckhand on vessels 40m+.
- Certified Dive Instructor (PADI or equivalent) with proven teaching and guiding experience.
- Confident tender driver; Powerboat Level 2 (or equivalent) required.
- Strong understanding of deck maintenance and safe working practices.
- STCW, ENG1, and relevant dive qualifications must be current.
- Able to join immediately.
