Summary

We are seeking a road cyclist with established experience, either from the professional circuit or the higher levels of the amateur ranks. When the Principal is onboard, you will accompany him on his rides—typically 1–2 hours in duration—and must be confident riding both ahead of and behind him as required. The role includes preparing and presenting a selection of suitable route options for each outing. A high level of knowledge in bicycle maintenance, tuning, and general upkeep is essential.

The vessel is equipped with a dedicated bike workshop and a fleet of 10+ bikes.

When not cycling with the Principal, you will integrate into the deck team and support general deck operations.

This position is open to green deckhands, and salary may be increased based on demonstrated deck experience and overall skill level.
