Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Captain for a dual-season Charter Yacht

Start Date: January 2026

Salary: 15k

Leave: 2:2 rotation

Qualifications: Master 3000

Requirements:

• Proven charter experience

• Valid B1/B2 

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Calm under pressure with a good sense of humour

Other:

Dual-season charter yacht operating to a high standard. Vessel will be based in the Caribbean until March, balancing owner use and charter.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Master <3000gt / Class 4
