Portfolio to include a wide variety of Fish, and Clean healthy meat dishes - owners not Carb heavy.
Boss Trips planned in the Caribbean before moving up to Newport for the beginning of summer.
Health-Conscious owners and fit and active crewmembers so need to be passionate about delivery top quality nutrition for guests and crew alike.

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept male candidates for this role due to cabin arrangements.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and plan / manage own workload.
- Exceptional attention to detail for guest preferences and hygiene standards.
- Experience in previous similar roles.
- Easy going and active personality to blend with our friendly and sociable crew.
