Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Deckhand to join a 70m+ private yacht permanently based in the Mediterranean. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is serious about building a long-term career on deck.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum one full season of yachting experience
- A career-minded attitude with a genuine desire to learn, grow and progress within the deck department
- Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive approach
- Willingness to follow direction, take initiative and contribute to a high-standard deck operation
- Excellent teamwork skills and a professional demeanour
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all exterior maintenance, cleaning and detailing
- Supporting safe docking, line handling and tender operations
- Participating in deck watches, guest activities and water sports setup as required
- Maintaining equipment to an exceptional standard
- Upholding the vessel’s high level of presentation at all times
