We are a 46m prestigious, highly reputable Motor Yacht seeking a female deckhand ( due to cabin arrangements ). We are a private and charter, averaging 6 charters annually. Great crew with longevity averaging 2-3 years onboard. The position is open only as our current deckhand desires to shift to land life. We are looking to hire around Feb 1st in the Caribbean of 2026. We are a professional, yet fun crew who all get on really well together and looking for someone who fits in with that. You will be led under a very knowledgable Bosun and Rotational Chief Officers. Ideally a seasons experience, but flexible. We cruise the Caribbean in the winters, Summer 2026 due north to New England, attending the NYC 4th of July 250th Celebration and flotilla to Boston. Winter 2026 back to the Caribbean and Summer 2027 looking like Med cruising.

We have a fantastic Captain and owner, who care for the crew well. The Chief Officers are on 2/2 rotation but both have in sync operation styles leading to smooth transitions for the deck crew.
Seeking a hard working, good personality deckhand who is looking for a longevity style super yacht. You will primarily be driving our jet drive Williams tender.
