60m dutch build looking for an experienced deckhand to join our team of 5.
Looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a great attitude as well as respects fellow crew members
Someone with carpentry experience would be a plus. Tender driving is a must have!
Great owner who values his crew. Since build (2024) crew retention has been great (some crew even from the previous yacht more than 5 years onboard).
The owner does use his boat often, though downtime after trips is common, it's not guaranteed

2026 season will be mediterranean summer, Caribbean winter
