ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS 90M+
We’re seeking an experienced and charismatic Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 90m+ private motor yacht. This is a high-profile role on a vessel that demands excellence, professionalism, and confident leadership within a large, structured interior department - the vessel is part of a fleet with larger vessels in build.
The role:
- Lead and train a large interior team of 13 within a 30+ crew operation
- Busy Private program - regular short guest trips in the States, with additional Bahamas/Caribbean usage early in the year and Med summers
- Required to join mid-December in the States
- Looking for someone positive and upbeat who can engage with a fit and active owner
What we’re looking for:
- Prior Chief Stew / Head of Service experience on 70m+ yachts
- Minimum 5 years in the industry with strong longevity
- Confident trainer and mentor with polished service standards
- Proven leadership experience
- Warm, bubbly, and professional demeanor
- B1 visa essential
- Strong organisational ability and comfort in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
