EXPERIENCED SERVICE STEWARDESS 75M+
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Service Stewardess to join a 75m+ dual-season charter yacht with an established, professional crew and a strong focus on guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step, contribute to a high-performing interior team, and continue developing within a supportive program.
The role:
- Busy Service focused role
- Confident stepping up when the 2nd Stew is on leave and leading service operations
- Experienced in varied service styles, cocktail preparation, and themed party setups
- Must be comfortable driving in Europe
- Start date: no later than 8 December 2025
- Dual-season program cruising the Med, Caribbean, and USA
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in active guest service roles on 60m+ vessels
- Professional, warm, and poised with strong communication skills
- Bartender/Mixology course completed and solid cocktail experience
- F&B management background; WSET certification beneficial
- Confident, forward-thinking, and able to anticipate guest needs
- B1/B2 visa preferred
