Description:
We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join an 85m+ Private/Charter motor yacht. The vessel operates a busy dual-season program with an upcoming itinerary including the Bahamas, Antigua, and Florida (subject to change). This is a well-run program offering longevity, structure, and the opportunity to grow your skills within a professional deck team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven deck experience on similar-sized vessels
- Strong tender driving experience is essential
- Candidates working towards or holding their Yachtmaster are preferred
- Bonus if you have grown up around boats or have strong small-craft handling awareness
- Male only due to cabin arrangements
Package:
- Salary: €2,750 – €3,000 DOE
- Contract: Full MLC Seafarers Employment Agreement
- Insurance: Full medical coverage
- Leave: 48 days per year + potential additional leave at the Master’s discretion
- Flights: 1 return flight per year
- Usage: Private & Charter
