We are seeking an experienced full-time charter chef to join a very busy, high-standard charter yacht. This is not a freelance position — freelancers will not be considered.
About the Program:
- Heavy charter schedule with a fully booked Caribbean season ahead
- Fast-paced environment with consistently high expectations
- 10 guests / 5 crew
- Strong team culture and high tip ratio
What We’re Looking For:
- A chef with proven charter experience on vessels of similar size or larger
- Strong plating skills, excellent presentation, and the ability to create varied, guest-focused menus (dietary requirements, themed nights, preferences, etc.)
- Someone who thrives under pressure and can deliver high-quality meals consistently, even on tight turnarounds
- Positive, upbeat, zero-drama energy
- A collaborative attitude — strong communication with the Chief Stew and Captain is essential
- Clean, organized, efficient galley management
- Ability to maintain provisioning budgets and manage Caribbean sourcing challenges
- Can be male or female
