***First Mate***
Looking for a well-established First Mate for a 42m Private Yacht.
Boat runs with 9 crew but currently has 7crew (Captains and Engineers are on rotation)
30% Bridge - 70% Deck
2 years' experience as a first Mate 40m+ and will consider a strong 2nd Officer 60m+
This a slow programme boat so would suit someone that's happy with a slower pace boat.
Vessel is on stand-by and also for sale.
Experience running mini-ism, chart corrections, GMDSS and supporting the captain in the bridge is beneficial.
MOY 200ton/US Coast Guard 100ton with GMDSS as a bare minimum. Higher qualification will also be beneficial.

Start date 28 November, Open to all nationalities. Local to US will take preference
